Advisor: Joshua Hicks

Lydia is a social psychology PhD student working with Dr. Josh Hicks. Lydia’s current research focuses on the nuanced experiences of authenticity, self-alienation, and meaning in life for those with concealable stigmatized identities.

Lydia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Missouri State University, double majoring in philosophy and psychology. She went on to earn a Master of Science degree in experimental psychology with a graduate certificate in statistics and research design.
